Uncontrolled bleeding is the #1 cause of preventable death from trauma. STOP THE BLEED® is an evidence-based, hands-on course by the American College of Surgeons that empowers you to respond to life-threatening bleeding emergencies before help arrives. In this 45-minute course, you’ll learn:

  • How to recognize life-threatening bleeding
  • Proper use of tourniquets and pressure dressings
  • Hands-on practice with real medical tools
  • Emergency response protocols to buy critical time

Participants will receive an American College of Surgeons STOP THE BLEED® certification.
