Basic Life Support Training

Our American Heart Association Basic Life Support training is designed for healthcare professionals, first responders, and workplace safety teams. In just 4.5 hours, you’ll learn:

  • Adult, child, and infant CPR
  • How to use automated external defibrillators (AEDs)
  • Airway obstruction relief
  • Team-rescuer CPR coordination
  • Scene safety and emergency response

Participants will receive an American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification that is valid for two years.
